My plane was late coming in so I missed my reservation. Budget would not honor my reservation rate the next morning bc they said I was outside my grace period. Very unprofessional. Will not do business with them in the future.

I have very bad experience & I’m still waiting for my money back, All this company want your money They don’t care customer services

I had no idea the locations for pick-up and drop off were not at the arrival and departure airports as requested. Had to get a taxi to take from airport to the p/u location and office was closed for 30 minutes once I arrived, in a pouring down rainstorm. The car was not cleaned and the tools in the cargo area were unsecured adn rolling around on our drive. The drop off location was also offsite and I had to have a friend meet me there and give me a ride to the airport.

Worst experience I’ve had renting a car. Lady at desk was rude and wouldn’t help me out.

I found it very easy to cancel a reservation. As they say " ... with no questions asked ..." excellent customer service.

The kayak app put the car rental at the wrong airport. I put thaw San Diego airport and the kayak App switched it to the Tijuana airport without notifying me. I had to Uber to the other airport which cost over $50 and pay to change the drop off to the San Diego airport which cost another $90. I will not use the kayak app ever again.

I waited at the airport for an hour. Was late to my appointment.

I was told they didn’t have a car for me. So was left without wheels that day. NOT GOOD.

Overcharged a lot. 3x what I agreed to

We had an excellent experience with Sixt. Very fast and friendly service. Great value for price. Easy pick up and drop off with no lines. Will definitely use them again.

My experience with SIxt is always amazing. The staff is very courteous and they work on making the process as quick as possible. And they always make sure that you get into a good vehicle.

I’d like that I could pick up the car at the airport facility. The price for what I got was reasonable. I didn’t like that I had to beg them to look for a car that had an electric power seat and a rear camera. I am very short, in order to be safe in a car. I need to be able to sit higher and also have a rear camera. I notified six rental well before my pick up that I needed a car with these two things. I also requested Apple CarPlay. I also didn’t like that six weeks into my rental. I received a call telling me I had to bring the car back and trade it in for another car as they had sold his car. It took a whole day and a whole tank of gas for me to make that trade. I was not compensated for either. Both of the cars that I drove were acceptable to me. The first car, however, had significant body damage. I had to accept that in order to get the power driver seat that I require because I am so short. Returning the car was very easy and efficient.
