I’d like that I could pick up the car at the airport facility. The price for what I got was reasonable. I didn’t like that I had to beg them to look for a car that had an electric power seat and a rear camera. I am very short, in order to be safe in a car. I need to be able to sit higher and also have a rear camera. I notified six rental well before my pick up that I needed a car with these two things. I also requested Apple CarPlay. I also didn’t like that six weeks into my rental. I received a call telling me I had to bring the car back and trade it in for another car as they had sold his car. It took a whole day and a whole tank of gas for me to make that trade. I was not compensated for either. Both of the cars that I drove were acceptable to me. The first car, however, had significant body damage. I had to accept that in order to get the power driver seat that I require because I am so short. Returning the car was very easy and efficient.

Friendly staff and reasonable agreed price.

The additional charges taken from my credit card in excess of 350 dollars for a key that I placed in the overnite key box at the dollar kiosk because there were no dollar employees to check the car in. I was also charged for gas after the vehicle was fueled before its return. Staff called my cell phone over an hour and a half before my departure and I informed them the key was in the secure drop box. I was told I would be called back immediately if it was not there. I did not receive a call regarding the key and 300 dollars was taken from my account for what is showing a lost vehicle key. Unacceptable by any situation.

Perhaps my Owen fault, when I did not bring my credit card from Denmark. Back Home it is Ok to rent with just a debit card. The rent was prepaid and verified.. !! Anyway - my son and I had to go by public transportation instead. After the waiting at Avis San Diego.

I had no idea the locations for pick-up and drop off were not at the arrival and departure airports as requested. Had to get a taxi to take from airport to the p/u location and office was closed for 30 minutes once I arrived, in a pouring down rainstorm. The car was not cleaned and the tools in the cargo area were unsecured adn rolling around on our drive. The drop off location was also offsite and I had to have a friend meet me there and give me a ride to the airport.

The pickup line was long and slow. I left my glasses in the car, and it was very difficult to reach an employee at the location to help me.

Car was very comfortable, reliable, and gas efficient.

The front desk coordinator ended up sending me to the wrong lot to pick up my car, even when I went back to him to confirm the location since I couldn't find my car the first time he sent me there. He even seemed impatient with me when I went back to ask him where to go. Once I got in the wrong car, I was told by the gate staff that I couldn't take this car, and to bring it back and ask them where I should go for the correct car. This wasted 20 minutes of my very rushed and tight-run morning, all because some idiot front desk clerk was too prideful to be open to the fact that he sent me to the wrong place initially.

When we arrived at San Diego Airport, we were told that our reservation was Tijuana not San Diego. I had a print out of my reservation and it showed Pick-up and Return were both San Diego. I ended up paying $90 more than my reserved price. I was not very happy about it.
