My flight was cancelled and I was not able to get to the location. I tried to email and cancel the reservation but still haven’t seen a reply.

If the vehicle chosen can be guaranteed as opposed to changing the selection based on availability. It beats the purpose of giving the customer a choice to make.

The problem was with Kayak. I asked to book a car at LAX and it was booked miles away at Venice Beach. I went through all the stress of lugging my suitcases and trying to find the shuttle, only to get to the LAX site and be told I'd have to pay to change my reservation or take a taxi to Venice Beach. You should be reimbursing me $60 for the two taxis I had to take back and forth. Also, you should give specific instructions about where to get the shuttle. You didn't give any. I was out in traffic trying to find the shuttle. Sixt is very hard to get to by phone! It was also hard to hear and the man had a thick accent and wasn't specific enough about how to get from the door from Southwest to the correct " purple" column. A lot of difficulty and stress. Thank you.

Avis agent called the day before our pick-up date to say that the vehicle would no longer be available. Didn’t even leave a voicemail. If I hadn’t called back the number, I wouldn’t have had any notice at all.

I’m still in contact with them as I’ve been overcharged

The price i got from the web page ended being over 50% more, it took about an hour to get the car and they assigned me a car tha was already assigned to another person, and they took like 20more minutes to finally assign me one. The people on the counter do not explain all the charges

I asked for self fueling on return. I filled it up to the top of the tank and saw later I was charged for 6 gallons at 14$/gallon on my receipt. An absolute rip off ! never with Hertz again !

Their computer ststem redirected my LAX reservation to Northridge, CA.

Order was cancelled and I didn’t know until I got there. Person tried to text me but it didn’t go through. I should have been notified via email or other ways. Shouldn’t have been able to book it in the first place

Do not rent a car with this company. At pickup, the salesman used deceptive sale tactics and added charges to my account without confirming the charges. He processed the payment before confirming the total charges. The morning after drop off, I was charged an additional $127.00 with no explanation. I am still trying to connect with their customer service to determine why I was charged this.

It was easy to get the car and go after the paperwork. Very easy drop off procedure.

There were no proper directions to the rental office so many of us had to call. The wait at the office was 2 hours. The rental agent was aggresive and unhelpful. I paid for the rental on line and he said they had no record of it at the ticket counter. I was charged twice and had to dispute it with my cc company. I was told at the ticket counter that if the car was dirty i would be charged. Worse rental of all time, i wont be renting there again.

Specifically picked this agency bc the rate promised an Infinity Q50 or similar. Was given a Dodge Charger in a unique green color. Also ended up paying extra for insurance I didn't need because I couldn't immediately produce proof of rental insurance through my policy. The line was so long at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I'll go back to a bigger agency next time. Drop off was very easy.

It's hard to tell this from the description but you need to take 2 shuttles to get to the site. When we got there, the wait was about 2 hours. It was a good value but I wish we'd paid more to go to a closer rental place (which I'd really tried to find and thought this was) and one that was better organized so our check in wait wasn't so long.

Just back from California. Could not receive the car from FOX the 12/27/22 because my nationality did not match the drivers license nationality. I am German but live in Spain since kid, have a Spanish licenses as i have to as been resident in Spain. Even talking to the manager, there was nothing they could do about my license, even i had as well an International License issued in Spain with me. The Rental was canceled by FOX as I do not fit their conditions. I asked for reinbursement as canceled by them. They said i have to talk to PRICELINE to get Reinbursement as i did not fit their conditions. Had to rent from another company paying new rental with no licenses problem. Please give an contact from your company for reimbursement.
