The problem was with Kayak. I asked to book a car at LAX and it was booked miles away at Venice Beach. I went through all the stress of lugging my suitcases and trying to find the shuttle, only to get to the LAX site and be told I'd have to pay to change my reservation or take a taxi to Venice Beach. You should be reimbursing me $60 for the two taxis I had to take back and forth. Also, you should give specific instructions about where to get the shuttle. You didn't give any. I was out in traffic trying to find the shuttle. Sixt is very hard to get to by phone! It was also hard to hear and the man had a thick accent and wasn't specific enough about how to get from the door from Southwest to the correct " purple" column. A lot of difficulty and stress. Thank you.

Qeeq.com has my money and will not refund it. Avis ran out of cars so could not rent to me and neither companies could change the rental agreement. Now they are saying they have opened a case and will take 20 days to come to a decision. It is a Chinese company and is fraudulent

It was the worst vacation related experience ever! After waiting a 1/2 an hour for a Budget bus at LAX we tried to hail one down only to have the empty Budget bus accelerate away from us. After another 5 minutes of waiting we tried to get another bus’s attention as it tried to evade us, again it was empty, I jumped toward it and it stopped. The Budget bus driver yelled at me for jumping in the street and then proceeded to load everyone on the bus then he got into argument with a traffic police officer. Then he got in the bus and finally we thought we were on our way. Keep in mind this is about 35 minutes of waiting at the curb at the American terminal at LAX at 9:30 PM. But no. For some inexplicable reason the Budget bus driver got out of his seat and ran out of the bus and restarted the argument with the traffic officer. He started pushing the officer around and then jumped back in the bus and said the officer assaulted him. From were I was sitting it seemed like the opposite really happened. Then he announced that a supervisor was needed. More waiting as he called on the radio for a supervisor. After that he went back outside and argued with now a congregation of officers. I called the local Budget office and told them what happened and to send another bus asap. I urged the others, there were about a dozen of us to do the same. Then my wife spotted another Budget bus. I ran outside and flagged it down. Afterwards all of us got on the bus and we were finally on way to get our Budget rental car. Luckily there was no line to get the car because apparently for what ever reason the buses were not picking up renters at the terminals. I will never rent from Budget again. And I urge everyone not to consider Budget for their rental needs especially at LAX .

Do not rent a car with this company. At pickup, the salesman used deceptive sale tactics and added charges to my account without confirming the charges. He processed the payment before confirming the total charges. The morning after drop off, I was charged an additional $127.00 with no explanation. I am still trying to connect with their customer service to determine why I was charged this.

I needed a car for 5 hrs. The quoted price by the agent on-site was way too higher than the online prices. Had to reserve a car online in order for the agent to get me a batter price. This in fact was the 2nd car I rented from dollar in last 2 weeks. First one was booked for 13 days and the agent tried his level best to up sell various additional products by giving wrong information.

There were no proper directions to the rental office so many of us had to call. The wait at the office was 2 hours. The rental agent was aggresive and unhelpful. I paid for the rental on line and he said they had no record of it at the ticket counter. I was charged twice and had to dispute it with my cc company. I was told at the ticket counter that if the car was dirty i would be charged. Worse rental of all time, i wont be renting there again.

Specifically picked this agency bc the rate promised an Infinity Q50 or similar. Was given a Dodge Charger in a unique green color. Also ended up paying extra for insurance I didn't need because I couldn't immediately produce proof of rental insurance through my policy. The line was so long at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I'll go back to a bigger agency next time. Drop off was very easy.

It's hard to tell this from the description but you need to take 2 shuttles to get to the site. When we got there, the wait was about 2 hours. It was a good value but I wish we'd paid more to go to a closer rental place (which I'd really tried to find and thought this was) and one that was better organized so our check in wait wasn't so long.
