This was our second car that we had to pick up on our trip, they thoroughly went over the vehicle, took photos, and were very quick and efficient. Very friendly staff, took time to make conversation. Young guy who served us was very professional, and did an awesome job. We will definitely use this company again.!!! thanks for the 2022 Dodge Charger!!

Only thing that could have been better is that I didn't know the insurance I purchased through Kayak didn't cover everything, since in California you also need a life-insurance policy for drivers. That added another ~$20, which isn't much, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, just would have been nice to know beforehand. Maybe I missed it in the print somewhere.

Waited over an hour for the car which only to find out when we dropped off the car at another location was zipped tied together on the front bumper. The front desk staff tried their best to get us into a car as quickly was they could but it seems like their practices don’t fit the needs of the location

Our reservation did not proceed because they don't have have a unit available. They said a voicemail was sent to us but sadly we don't have voicemail in your country. An email would be nice because the confirmation was sent by email, so we were expecting any notice to come by email.

I was charged more that was quoted, and upon delivery of the car at my destination, I was neither in the system nor was the drop off site in Bakersfield, CA able to process my return at the AM hour. As of this comment (Dec. 7, 2021, 11:28pm), the car has been returned, but my account has not been closed out.

Verify availability of vehicles. I reserved a full size SUV, but they didn't have any. I had to take a smaller vehicle than I wanted.

I really loved the professionalism of the desks person at this location, he was super friendly, professional and fast on the process. The car was ok but I was a bit nervous because the first day I drove the car the check engine light pop up and was asking for service I thought it won’t make it to my Northern California trip but somehow it did make it back without any other issues.

when I checked in at PS airport the worker there processed me really fast but never asked if I wanted a printed receipt or one sent by e-mail. she sent it by e-mail without asking what my preference was

Got a good deal on the price.

Annoyed that the customer representative wouldn't change the fuel level on the document. Said that the car has sensor and the computer would pick up the fuel amount. I doubted what he said so I took a picture of the fuel gauge at the beginning of the rental. Upon return of the vehicle they tried to charge me 77 bucks for refuel fee. Luckily I showed them the picture I took before so they cancelled the charge. Didn't know if the guy was trying to screw with me or what.

I showed up to the designated location to pick up my reserved rental car and found the branch closed. I had confirmed my reservation the day before. Other customers were showing up as well to drop off their vehicles but the building was locked. When calling Alamo's main customer support line, I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. The representative that helped us could not provide us with an answer as to why the location was closed. They did not offer any solutions other than to drive to a different location which would take us an additional 45 minutes to arrive.

Customer service on all levels. There are no guarantees with this company even when you have a confirmation number. I highly recommend using an alternative car rental company.

I liked nothing. This location was closed due to Covid 19, but on the website still allowed you to book rentals! We calling to verify and confirm only an automatic service was available. When we got to the office there was a note saying go to a different sister station to get rental services.

Any changes should be notified to customers right away!

Pick up took very long as they were quite unorganized. Drop off was a nightmare- they were supposed to be open by 9:30am and I waited until 12 noon (which was my drop off time) and they did not open their business. There was no one there yet they had a line of customers waiting out in the cold.

Organization, communication with customers, and promptness- no one took responsibility for today.

I was schedule to pick up the car on 11-22-18 at 8 am, they said they didn't open until 10am, I was there at 10:30am and waited an hour and no one ever showed up to give me the car. I never got to use the rental car.
