I didn’t like that our flight was changed by a full day which left us scrambling for a motel room for 6 people at our own expense when I asked Flair they said because we gave you 24 hours notice we would not be reimbursed
Very spacious. There was no food or entertainment. You could offer at least a soft drink to passengers. It's a long flight.
Poor customer service. Do not print my ticket on the check in (airport).
The flight and attendants were very good however if I may suggest that the lead attendant who speaks on the intercom, speaks a bit slower She was talking so fast you could hardly understand what she was saying
I wish this and other airlines would board you by row, starting at the back. This was just the free for all approach. Cabin crew were really really nice and also efficient. Captain kept us updated as needed.
Flight was on time. Staff were good. The seats did not recline so was very tight. Had to pay for water!
