I love this airline and I fly with them every time I can. Main strengths are the minimalist design and simplicity of the app and obviously pricing. The crew and flight experience are usually good to great. There is no onboard entertainment so stop asking about it on your reviews. Also, it's not necessary. I would also add routing as a strength. Main drawback is the boarding process. Madrid was probably the worst that I have experienced, also the check-in process was chaotic. Brasov was fair. Alicante has been the best so far but still could use some improvement.
