Our flight was late due to ground crew issues Caused us short lay over time in Calgary where when landing we did get a message of our connection being canceled and rescheduled but because of the short time we did not have enough time to review it, due to that we went through the security and attempt to gate the original connection, there we found out about the change. We then found out about the baggage, hotel and food vouchers which worked out okay. The only other issue we had was when we arrived at Comox after waiting for the luggage and finding out that it was not transferred with our flight but was sent earlier that day but we got no notification of that which could of made that less stressful.
