Customer service is difficult to contact. Flight was cancelled and no compensation was provided. Very unprofessional agents for passing the blame to flight hub while flight hub informed us that the flight has been changed and lynx will email us with the changes. We waited for an email but never received one, and when we checked the flight's status, it indicated that it would arrive on time, but when we arrived at the airport, we discovered that the flight had been cancelled.

The online check in system wasn’t working so every passenger had to wait in line to get their boarding pass manually entered and printed. It delayed the flight for over 2 hours, with little to no time to get food and drinks between security and boarding. Which is necessary as Lynx Air does not provide anything other than water.
