We had to pay for carry on luggage. I made sure both our bags were exactly the dimensions listed on the website. It didn’t matter because the 2 plastic baggage measuring devices were smaller and the check in person said our bags were oversized. That lady was so rude and announced to everyone they were not our babysitters and if anyone had more than one bag we weren’t getting on the plane (which we did not have). It was awful. Rude staff at the check in counter by boarding. There was complete chaos with no order. This should be controlled by the check in people. All others airlines do this. Two lines to check in. Not free for all everyone shoving to get first and behaviour allowed by the staff!! Nobody bothered with anyone on the plane. The plane itself was small and cramped. To nickel and dime for everything is silly. Not worth travelling with Swoop no matter how inexpensive the flight is.

Flight met expectations. No problems. The crew sat at the front of the plane for the entire flight, talking very loudly, acting like a bunch of obnoxious teenagers. So loud I could hear them clearly despite my noise cancelling headset. Total disrespect for any passengers who didn't want to listen to their non stop loud behaviour, or were trying to sleep, or just wanting a peaceful quiet flight
