The boarding experience was okay. The dietary food choices were limited, the midway snacks were hard and dry. The seat was uncomfortable - stiff seat cushion, seat back kept springing back to the upright position, narrow seat width. Love the app and the ability to track my luggage. Flight crew was efficient.
