I paid extra for seating upfront but was very cramped and had to wait for other passengers to unboard even though I paid for seating upfront front to unboard first. Reason being they were probably not going to make their connecting flights because we had to wait an hour and a half for an open gate. I had to wait on the tarmac for as long as the flight itself took. It was a horrible experience and not only should I receive a refund for my upgrade, but I should receive a refund for the entire flight. I plan on sending a formal complaint as well as letting friends and family know that frontier is a horrible choice. It is by far a better option to pay a bit more and use a different airline. My opinion may be changed if something is done to earn my business once more. Otherwise I have nothing positive to say about my experience.
