Poor|Mar 2023

I booked the car, showed up, and they said they wouldn’t honor my booked reservation because they “weren’t doing same day rentals”. The agent was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I’ll never book budget again. Enterprise had NO problem helping me out for a last minute same day rental. It’s obvious budget didn’t need my patronage so I’m fine to take my business elsewhere.
