I waited for around 15 minutes before he finally returned, only to inform me that the flight had already departed. I was not the only passenger who was denied boarding despite arriving before departure time. If the flight crew was still able to enter and exit the aircraft, I don’t understand why passengers in a similar situation were not allowed to board. The lack of communication and professionalism from the staff was incredibly disappointing. I hope Batik Air addresses these operational and customer service issues to prevent similar experiences for future passengers.
