sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours with no explanation, climate control, honesty about the timeline or the situation, or even letting anyone off. The crew was passive-aggressive and sneaky, trying to skirt legal time limits requiring financial restitution for passengers, pretending the "flight had started" even though they didn't budge for another 40 minutes. One of the worst flights I've ever taken
