One of the worst flights ever. I got to the airport early for my 6:48 pm flight and tried to get on the 4:30 ish flight. The gate agent was one of the worst customer service people in my 20 yrs of flying Delta. Very rude and wouldn’t even talk to me about riding standby. Then flight took off 3 hrs late and when Landed in Atlanta, the gate people wouldn’t even try to get me on the plane. It was still there but door was closed. For all of my almost 2 million miles, the worst experience from Delta. I am highly disappointed as it was not my fault I have to sleep in Atlanta and not Jacksonville Florida

Known as “Cincy” to the locals, Cincinnati is a centre of art, culture, entertainment and business. Originally settled by the Germans in the 1800s, today’s Cincinnati is a thriving metropolis welcoming millions of travellers each year. Cincinnati is one of the Midwest’s top business centres, so it’s no surprise that businessmen and businesswomen located in the surrounding states (Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia) book flights to Cincinnati for quick sales visits, board meetings and last-minute deals. In fact, it’s not uncommon to see business deals made during the flight to Cincinnati – once you’re here, there’s more things to do in Cincinnati than sit enclosed in white walls of local businesses.
Home to the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals and the MLB’s Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati is an awesome sports town booming with enthusiasm. Entertainment gurus will remember Cincinnati as the location for the fictional, “WKRP in Cincinnati” radio show and the starting point for the Academy Award winning movie, “Rain Man.” Whatever your reason for booking airline tickets to Cincinnati, there’s plenty to see in this modern Midwestern hub and the inviting people of the city will have you booking return flights to Cincinnati before your trip is over.
Ohio’s climate ranges from one extreme to the other and Cincinnati is no exception. Summers can reach as high as 32 degrees Celsius. Fall and spring are the most pleasant times to visit and winters are cold and snowy, which makes for a great vacation for skiers and snow-lovers.
The Queen City Metro, Cincinnati’s bus service, will take you all over the city. You will need exact change or bus tokens. You can take a cab, but city ordinances prohibit taxis from picking up passengers on the side of the road. You’ll have to snag one at a taxi stand or call ahead. If you can find a nearby hotel or the convention centre, you’ll usually find a cab easily.
