Spend some time relaxing by the beach at Caye Caulker, a small coral island that is just a short trip from the city.
Travelers that are Canadian citizens do not need to worry about having a visa to go to Belize City or any other location in Belize. However, if you do not have a visa, you can only stay in the country for a maximum of 30 days. You will be required to have a valid passport, as well as proof that you have booked a return ticket back to Canada that is scheduled before your 30 day maximum is up. You will also need to have sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay in the country.
