I went with family ,with elderly parents , upon checking at the counter despite telling the person at the counter that we all need to.sit together she gave us separate seats , and it was far apart, it was very difficult to give parents there meds and things in need and communicate with them . The crew was rude . Not helpful, food was worst, seat was very small space, and on top of that ticket was bought with tour istanbul and 22 hrs layover which they don't honor ,said there is another flight to newyork that day and upon checking that flight was full and has no empty seats for family of 5 bit still didn't provided tour istanbul and hotel room. We have to get our own visas and hotel.and food as we were stranded for 22 hrs and with elderly parents it was not easy to stay atthe airport.overall of some ask me to go on turkish airline again I will never take thet horrible route .VERY BAD Experience overall.. TOUR Istanbul is Biggest ripoff scam in my opinion don't fall for it .
