We were over three hours delayed leaving Saskatoon and missed our connection to Montreal. We were then rerouted all the way to Zurich. We were over seven hours late getting to our final destination. Then our luggage was lost for lost for three days. All three flights were delayed and our trip was definitely impacted.

Then our luggage was lost for lost for three days. All three flights were delayed and our trip was definitely impacted.
