We upgraded to a convertible since there was a discount and I wanted to use one for our trip, but as soon as we agreed to the vehicle I feel like the representative stopped listening and didn’t answer a number of questions my husband and I had. She was like, “It’s fine, just get in, just get in!” Everything worked out in the end but it made the initial experience more stressful than necessary. If upgrades and deals are offered for very different names/models/sizes at the counter, some time should be allotted for customers to feel comfortable with their decision.

Just if someone had explained that the credit card would be charged for holds for 5 to 7 days afterwards, that would’ve been nice.
