We felt bad when we dropped off the vehicle that the spikes ruined a tire. It's hard to see coming into the parkade from the bright sun, while looking for signage of where to go. A different system would be helpful, or signage warning about the spikes.

Great Car. Just what we asked for.

I asked for a Mid-size car and got a Compact. The trunk was only big enough for one large suitcase and one very tiny one. Our others had to go in the back seat. Good it was only 2 people in car. Ordered one for 5 .

Customer service is horrible. I called to change the pick up time. They don’t know how to do this if the car is prepaid. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Customer service told me they would call back, they never did. I pre purchased the vehicle, at the pickup I was told the vehicle is only partially paid. I paid for the vehicle, then was charged again for the full price. I will never get a car from Hertz again!

It went very smoothly. Extremely happy with it. David the drop off employee was very friendly and eager to help.

Great Staff. Took 3 days to get the body odour smell out of the seats.

Too much upselling at check out. Would not accept that I already bought insurance when booked rental. Kept trying to sell a tank of gas when I knew I’d return with a tank…No signs to navigate to car rentals from main exit of airport. Had to ask several people. Car dirty on pick up.

Good : upgraded (I did NOT request) clean, comfortable satndard SUV. NOT so good : 1 - Only 1 Budget representative to serve customers, while there were 5 persons waiting in line. I waited ~40 minutes until my turn. 2 - Budget representative offered an upgraded car (I did NOT request), & then tried to charge ~15%/$116 more. When I mentionned the difference, he tore down the contract & issued a new one, but he did not apologize. 3 - When I declined the Loss damage waiver & mentioned that the credit card insurance will cover, Budget representative said/threatened he will not talk with the insurance company & will charge the total cost of the car to my credit card. 4 - The car has a spare tirem but NO jack. The jack kit was taken out of the car. Budget iimposed a charge of $14/day for Roadside safety net/flat tire repair.

I paid for a full to full vehicle. I was told at the desk they don’t offer this service and we needed to just return the car empty how we found It. This was disappointing, bearing in mind we don’t have any signal and couldn’t initially find a gas station, the counter staff couldn’t direct us to the nearest one.

Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.

Being unfamiliar with the car, we could have done with a little more instruction - eg… the SatNav from our phone and we couldn’t work out the transfer of music from the phone.

Tanvir was very helpful at drop off. Had a small issue with wheel imbalance during our rental and Tanvir offered a discomfort to compensate for our trouble which was very generous. Will use Dollar again.

Location was quite easy to reach. Both pick up and drop off were efficient. Car was great

Had to wait close to two hours before the car rented was available. Need to hire more clerks at the front desk.

Pickup was very poor. The staff at the front desk were very nice and professional. The problems began when selecting and picking up the car. We were asked to check the condition of a black car in an closed garage with poor lighting. Next to impossible. Then you have to show the problems to an agent who has some sort of screen to look further. About a dozen people were all leaving at once and so it took the better part of an hour from being shown the car to actually leaving the airport. Once we got it out into the light it was obvious we had missed a scratch. Upon dropping off, the process was very fast. However I wasn't given a receipt, and the one promised to my email never came. So now I have to chase it down. The car itself was otherwise fine, and was problem free.

Everything was OK

1. Vehicle was not sanitized/cleaned when picked up 2. Vehicle was not serviced (overdue on oil change), windshield fluid still had winter and not summer (bugs splatter would not get cleaned), etc 3. National reimbursed and compensated for the time and money spent on fixing the vehicle.
