Prior to my flight on BA85 on August 20th, I paid 392 British Pounds to upgrade to Premium Class for a better experience for my 9-hour flight from London to Vancouver. When I got on board, I discovered that the audio on my entertainment screen did not work so could not watch any movies or listen to music for the entire flight. I also discovered that my seat was stuck in the upright position so could not recline for a better sleep. Given that I paid extra for an enhanced flight experience, it appears that I paid extra for a reduced service. I have emailed British Airways directly with this complaint but would certainly appreciate anything you could do at your end. Since I am not a regular British Airways traveler (I usually fly Air Canada), I have asked them for direct financial compensation. Thank you, Duane Palibroda
