I went to Costa Rica and back and used only your airline and I was treated completely different in El Salvador and in Costa Rica! I watched each flight on boarding and all of them were loading up the plane 10 to 15 minutes before departure and in Honduras I was told differently when I arrived with at least 36 to 38 minutes before departure. I feel I was treated completely differently because I am a American in a foreign country I didn’t appreciate having to purchase a additional round trip and my first trip your company received payment but refused service for no reason. I didn’t appreciate having to stay in a airport for a whole day waiting for a flight and then watch how the airline was boarding and they were still loading 18 minutes before departure!
