I found the staff at the Richmond airport to be very rude (mainly TSA), but the Delta Crew was fantastic. I boarded just in time, had room for my luggage, a comfortable seat, friendly travel companions, tasty snacks and a very smooth flight with great entertainment and free wifi while onboard!
