Very good experience all the way through. Lots of other car rentals have sketchy practices but these guys are totally legit. For some reason there seems to be a lot of paperwork to go through to obtain the car, which has been the same experience with every rental we’ve gotten in Mexico. Highly recommend them,

Renter beware!!!!!! You have to pay a $15,000 (value of the car) deposit if you bring your own insurance. And then a ton of hidden fees.

Car had under body parts that drug the ground on every bump. Check out with the car for damage did not happen. Paperwork process took a very long time. Hah to wait a long time for car to arrive at checkout location. I recommend using any other rental car company.

The place is very ugly and dirty. And there were some additional cost there were not mentioned in the booking process that we had to paid then. AND, they did a 1200 dollars retention in one of my credit cards just for 4 days rent.

They charged me more than double what I booked

Worse rental car company. Took us 2 hours to get our rental car. The guy charged us twice so had a extra charge on my card ( we did get that resolved). Finally we get to rental car it’s the wrong size compact ( ordered a full size 5 of us). Went back to get the right car told us they didn’t have the car so later they would swap the car out/ drive the right full size car to us. At the end of the day we had to make the phone calls to get ahold of them. Once we finally got ahold of them after numerous tries of course they had no idea what was going on and who said they would replace the car. It got so bad that we told them we wanted to cancel the car charge us for the day they told us they would charge us for the 4 days we had reserved so we had said we are going to cancel our credit card on file. We started driving back to return the car and 30/40 mins later they called us before we got back to the airport and said that could swap the cars. So luckily we were almost there made it a quick swap 1hr and 30 mins. This rental car company is a joke I will never ever spend a dollar towards this company again. We visit Mexico a lot due to family and this is our 1st time feeling like we were getting strong armed. Save your money go somewhere else.
