Drop off was inflexible on times and extremely confusing

Our Flight from Connecticut to Jacksonville was two and a half hours. It took us a hour and fifteen minutes in line just to get to the counter . Then we were directed to the garage, to pick up the car, There we stood for another hour and a half waiting for our car! That's a total of THREE HOURS waiting!!!! It took us two and a half to fly, but three hours to collect a car that we had reserved months ago. BUDGET HAS NO HELP At ANY COUNTERS!! We also found they DO NOT CARE about any customers! Very Poor Service!! Would not recommend.

The customer service we received at the Hertz located on 11035 Phillips Hwy Jacksonville Florida was exceptional!

They could have given me the car that I reserved!!! Hertz didn't have the car and promised to call me when they did, I never received a call back.

It took forever to get the car, the SUV smelled like cigarettes. We drove 24hrs from Jax to ELP and the smell was just overwhelming. Then my itinerary said drop off was at 12, but their system said 8. Showed the itinerary guess who still got a late fee? It was such a bad experience so overpriced for a car that had my kids and pregnant spouse smelling like cigarette.

We pre paid. No available cars.

This Enterprise office was the most efficient rental place I’ve ever been associated with. The employees were excellent/friendly. The truck was very clean and just perfect.

Easy in and out vehicle was ready and waiting easy drop off and great personal touch from the staff. Everyone was very helpful. Thanks for great experience and I will not hesitate to use Enterprise again.

The Ford Escape got good gas mileage and had ok pickup, acceleration. It was roomy enough to help my daughter get her stuff out of storage and move back in to college.

The agent at pick up was extremely helpful and kind. She moved us quickly so we could get to our car before the scheduled time. Value for the car could be better but overall great experience

Class of car selected was not available, had to wait 2 hours for car. Long lines and nobody was that helpful in making this an easy pickup process.

The rental pickup at the Jacksonville airport took almost an hour.

Was not well run. Extremely disorganized and slow to check in and check out. When I returned on October 7, waiting room was full of people waiting to pick up cars but there were no cars. The woman at the desk only acknowledged me when I told another customer I was there to return my car. I had my rental car keys clearly in my hand but she had not acknowledged my presence, even though I had been standing near the desk for about 10 minutes. You would think she would have recognized that. She was not helping any other customers. I heard them tell others that they were oversold and even though some of these customers pre-booked days in advance, there were no cars available. Just a very not well run place. Will never use again.

They had no car for my reservation. Supremely unapologetic and unhelpful.
