I thought that customer service needs to improve. Employees should not walk around or help customer's when feeling stressed and not being able to control their emotions. Should also be a few employees there.

My capital one card was rejected causing me to use my own insurance and pay an extra $60. Capital one and Visa couldn't provide an explanation. I pay $450 for this card and all it's perks, one being rental car insurance. I will notify both of my issues when I return home. Your terrible policies wasted an hour of my time and cost me $60. Thanks for nothing and I'll be sure to leave as many negative reviews as possible.

The only thing is change is for the shuttle to either be at the airport waiting when your fight gets in or let you know that you have to call. We waited for a bit before we figured out we had to call. The shuttle did come quickly once we called though.

This is the second time I rented and left down. Just this time was in a forigner country. I booked, paid same amount for insurance, had my personal insurance, and my credit card. All of them were presented to person in the counter, in Aguadilla Airport, Puerto Rico. He did not accepted and he had tried to sell me another package of insurance. As I denied, of course, he denied the rental. I was left on the street in a different country, 1:00 o clock in the morning. I will never rwnt deom easy rent a car anymore and not advise anybody to do so. About Allianz Insuranse, left me down when (NOT EASY TO RENT A CAR, did not accept they policy, the # they have to call for assure they police was good, never had a person and the phone call was alway direct to a web site. So both crooks! I want my money back!

Too expensive compared to others companies and what they offer, the way they want you to charge for the tolls is ridiculous and way too expensive even if you don't use the tools everyday, the car has small cockroaches inside and wasn't clean, you can see nastiness everywhere.

Joel, the Manager is a great person. The selected vehicle was not ready for some reason, so I received a free upgrade to a more comfortable vehicle! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the offer, which I was. No hidden charges whatsoever and never a hard upsell for insurance or anything. Whenever the need arises, I will be back at Enterprise Mayaguez! Thank you Joel !!!

Due to flight cancellation I had to travel to different airport and drop off car at different location and was charged additional cost. I asked Hertz if the could work with me to waive the cost since the change in drop location was out of my control. They would not even attempt to assist.

The vehicle was not in satisfactory condition. The tires had a leak and we had to stop to fill it on several occasions. The wheels were warped and the van would shake when driven.

Originally did not know that this was a after hours drop off location. I was concerned, as I have never just left the keys for a vehicle in a box. A few minutes after sropping off the keys, a gentleman who was cleaning the cars came by and I inquired. He said “come on over and I get you all taken care of!” He did just that. Great service and excellent prices.

Reservation should have prompted me to be aware that this site would require me to drop off the keys in a box and park in the pay lot (even though I wouldn’t personally be charge).

We had prepaid and booked a car and received a call the day of our expected arrival to confirm that we continued to be I tersted I. The car rental. Given the situation in Puerto Rico, and the challenges we had anticipated, we appreciated them checking in! However, despite our confirming our travel, when we arrived to the car rental location we were told there was no car available. We, along with the many others were left without transportation, despite our prepaid fees and confirmation. We travel frequently and rent in Thai location for over 9 years and have never had this issue. I understand the current challenges facing all areas of PR but am so disappointed that we were not told that they would not be able to acomidate us. Will think twice about using Thrifty in this location in the future.

When I went to pick up the car, there was no one there. After waiting for a little while a young lady came in and told me the person in charge had an emergency and she will be covering for her but she didn't have keys or access. Long story short I was not able to rent the car there.

I liked the price, it was a clean car and did its job getting me and the family to the other side of the island.

I don't like small cars. I'm use to my big truck back home where things fit with room to spare and I feel safer with my family knowing they are not in a small death trap of a car. I also tried calling them and got no answer after waiting 30 min on the phone listening to hold music.
