Drove 2 hours and 45 minutes, gas tank empty. Didn't notice when I picked up the car if the tank was full. However coming back, used 1/2 tank. So tank could not have been full when I picked up the car. Had to put air in back driver side tire.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful everything was good rental agreement , but the car had a unpleasant smell, and the seats really needed to be professionally cleaned. But other than that it’s was a good rental.

After Covid, the Hertz office had to relocate away from the Airport due to suspension of air traffic for many months.The current temporary location shares space with a pre-owned auto lot.The employees make the best of their current location. Carlton, the manager, is very accommodating and tries to work things out with the high demand and limited availability of cars. Brandon, at rental return, was very nice and did his best to help with the check-in process.

There were two reservations. Drop off had no attendants at all. And the drive in area was closed. There was no drop off box or any notes on anything including the Avis desk. We all had to leave our cars in the drive blocking others from driving in. And we didn’t know what to do with keys. Again. No one there at all and the gate was closed off so no cars could pull in to return cars. Plus the double reservation. Please call me.

Considering the cost of the rental, we expected something much nicer. The vehicle had a dent on the hood. Couldn't tell if the vehicle was properly sanitized and it just didn't look look like it had been well maintained.

Better selection of cars...did not have Altima that I reserved, nor did they have any of that class...only choices were a Jetta that was very dirty and had bald tires, and a Corrolla that was ok...took the Corrolla despite the smaller size.

Gas tank only had 1/4 tank. Rep told me I could fill it up and get reimbursed if I brought it back with more which is not true. Car smelled like BO and ran very rough with a rattle. Rep at return site was unfriendly. Terrible experience that cost way too much.

That they called me before I arrived...to find no cars

Kayak allowed me to book a car through budget that wasn't available. The budget rental car and the 3rd party vendor (K), should have a better form of communication to ensure people do not reserve a rental car that is not available.

My pick up was scheduled for 12:00 I got there and they didn’t have a SUV available like I selected and kept trying to get me to get a van the guy told me to they would call me when they had something so after 2 hours went by and I went back because they told me they would hav something then and still had nothing but sent them workers to get a highlander I waited for 45 minutes for them to return vehicle wasn’t washed but I didn’t complain. And they had no empathy at all not apologizing or nothing it was just we have nothing and we’re trying to accommodate you with a Van.

I made my reservation a week in advance & they called me at 8:30a on the morning I was to pick the car up to tell me nothing was available. I had to cancel my reservation. I called Enterprise directly & booked another location only to arrive at 12p for pick up but there were no cars available. Never again!!!

My rental pickup was for 2pm. The flight got in at 2 and the Alamo agent left before any customers got to the Alamo counter, even though he/she must have known there were people in that flight that booked rentals with Alamo. I spent over $200 extra having to rent through another company and will never use Alamo again. I also question Kayak’s booking platform for not flagging the early closure of Alamo rental countries at the airport.
