Staff was initially friendly. I was given a bigger car than expected.

Because the car was washed before I received it, both the rental agent and I did not notice a major scratch on the trunk. I was accused of creating the scratch. Also, there was also visible damage to the windshield and the car no longer had a key remote opener. It seemed like I was knowingly given a car that was damaged to be charged for damage. I will never rent from this Enterprise, and possibly any Enterprise. I don't trust them .

The service! Very aggressive very poor. Not very friendly as I arrived I was aggressively pushed out of the building because no one cannot come in the building because what is going on these days.

Let the customer know that they cannot come in the building signs it still doesn’t help out that much some people just walk in the building as we do before. If someone walks in the door say hi please stand outside the building in a professional manner not aggressively Walking towards the customer aggressively With their hand up and stand outside towards the customer.

The staff was friendly and had great customer service.

We traveled to Austin for a wedding and the car wheel was shaking when accelerating to speeds above 60 on the highway. There was a bit of a concern about the maintenance on the car.

The staff was great.

The car smell some like smoke and the Radio speakers on right side were played full blast by last rental and were busted and had almost no radio for a long trip.

The genuine nature of the person assisting me felt sincere. She was polite friendly and despite the busy environment, surprisingly cool calm and collected.

My expectations were exceeded by how nice and clean was the vehicle. I used to be a professional chauffeur for many years in New York City and later Dallas. It makes an unspoken statement about the integrity of a company.

You could have given me a car like you promised. I was told to come get a car to go one way to Joplin Missouri. When I got there, he told me they don’t do one way trips. Thanks for not letting me know.

Booked online through Kayak for economy car and received a confirmation #; Before I left to pickup I called to ask if I could pickup earlier than scheduled time, I was then told that the car I reserved wasn’t available and I’d have to get a large SUV at $450 per day. Why would they reserve a car that wasn’t available and why wouldn’t they let me know if other lots to pickup from for the rental I wanted? Rude and lazy staff. Won’t ever use this place in the future!

I reserved the car 5 weeks in advance. I went to the address provided and the Dollar Rental car business did not exist. The person nearby said it went out of business more than 2 years ago. I called Dollar and was told to go to another location in the southern part of the city and the price would be honored, so I went. It was a Hertz location and was told the price would be $120 per day! The person at this location said to go to the airport. I went to the airport and upon seeing 45+ people in the line, I called customer service and was told NO cars are available at the airport. The customer service person said Hertz (the partner company) had no cars as well. Why did I make a reservation? After 10+ calls with customer service, I was told I could go to Corpus Christi--a 9 hour drive from my location. I will NEVER rent from Dollar again. Such a frustrating ordeal. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE>

Nothing… I wasted $120 to travel from the airport to Dollar to get there and find out that they haven’t rented cars there in over 2 years… I ended up paying over $500 for a rental when I reserved one for only 1/2 of that.

Great location to pick up vehicle. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Vehicle was roomy and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.

One of the tires had a slow leak. The tires must have been rotated with the recent oil change and the sensors were not updated. It took me $$ and a sheriff to finally figure out which tire was low.

The car was fine and clean.

I was charged $43.28 more than the quoted amount AVIS/Budget without any explanation.The Quote was for $1160.25 and the final bills were for $327.92 and $875.61 for a total of $1203.58. They split it into two bills because their contract could not be for more than 30 days and the quoted period was from January 26, 2017 though March 7, 2017. The car was picked up on time and returned on time.
