First step they calling to me for 24 hours before pick-up the car. Voice was nice and friendly. I'm also asking about security deposit, voice in the phone answer me it will be 200$. Next day, when we came to take a car and I showed my internatinal driving license(because I'm newcomer from Ukraine) security deposit rise to 300$, but on my credit card was not enough money for making this payment, and it was problem. We spend time to solve this problem, around 5 minutes to make transactions between accounts and make sure money already on card. After we informed manager about all and we ready to pay. In department was two managers(men and woman). On the beginning working with us men, but for this 5 minute's between transfering money hi just already working with other customers,so we asked woman to help us. But she told waiting for men,because he has all our records. And we waiting 20 minutes more for this men, when he come back,he told us about erasing all our record's and we need start from beginning(((:.It's mean we spending 45 minutes for only pickup this car. This car was dirty,but they have car wash wich belong to this branch of Enterprise. Drop-off was very quickly,It's was not good experience with Enterprise rent car agency.

The office was under construction and there were no washrooms readily available. Car was not really that clean, water spots over entire vehicle. I had to stop and clean windows because of the distraction they caused

Location was good. Car was clean and fully functioning. The check in was slow and busy and took a long time to receive the car.

Pick up good and delivery good, however the attendant told us he was giving us an upgrade car and provided a Toyota which was very very poor car. Experienced back pain, seats very uncomfortable and felt like driving in a tin can! I don’t recommend!!!

Didn’t have the car I booked because I booked too last minute. Pick up was good - friendly staff. Drop off was weird - no one was there to take the car back….. it was closed on a Saturday? Just did a key drop.

I liked the vehicle, the S UV I was told at pickup time that it was upgraded for me to SUV. I had no choice so I had to take it. I complained about it and I was told that someone will get in touch with me to address it and two weeks later, it never happened

When we got to the counter to get our car they didn't have the car I had rented, we were up graded to a way nicer car. 👍

Brittany was the agent we dealt with at WPG airport and she was fabulous, extremely efficient and pleasant. There was a line up and needed to wait a hit for a car, out of her control, yet she handled it with ease - very impressive! The car was very clean and had been well taken car of, will use Dollar and Kayak again.

I was a bit nervous as it was my first time renting a vehicle. The customer service I experienced was second to none. Would definitely recommend.
