The 3 seater on the end of van is quitte small for three adults

When I showed up to pick up the car there was no one there. I had to call to track down the employee to see if they were coming.

Loved the comfort of the vehicle. The car's windshield could have been cleaned. Had that smoky film on it from the elements. Customer Service can be improved on. Agent at pick-up didn't go over the invoice with me. Did not tell me I had booked through the US site. I trusted that what I was initialing and signing off on was what I had confirmed booking. I panicked when I noticed later what was on the Customer Rental Agreement. Another thing, when I dropped off the car, that young girl's customer service skills lacked friendliness, didn't look at me when speaking, was pretty cut and dry. I don't think she likes her job very much. She put the receipt in front of me and..didn't say a word. I had to ask if I had to sign it..reply was just a 'no". Noticed how she handled the vehicles in back of the building..definately something to watch. She has to realize they are not hers. I would never ever let her use my vehicle.

Good service. I would have preferred to have a “cheat sheet” for how to use the shifter and locking the doors and such. Also, my husband is visually impaired and has artificial hips and knees, he found it hard to get in and out of the car. So did his sister who has mobility issues. Both have no problem in the rav4

All was well but Avis had no staff to pick me up at where I asked them to so a needed to take a taxi to their location, Other that that things were OK as far as drop off I didn't ask I was with relatives and they took me to where I needed to go after I dropped the car off.

The radio not work good.. its probably antenna... hard to have a station with no static..

We had a reliable SUV, low gas mileage, exactly what we needed for our 10 days in PEI. Enterprise counter staff very efficient and friendly. Definitely would recommend

Happy with the car and the service but with all things covid, it was pricey!

We Had booked the car for June 10 8:30 PM arrival through Kayak And received confirmation , we received an email notice from thrifty on morning of June 10 saying that it was canceled . When I saw the e-mail ,I called Thrifty at the air port on June 10 to find out what was going on with the rental and I spoke to Mark and he assured me no problem my reservation was still there and the car was still there and that there would be someone there to meet me when we got off the plane (three is always somebody there late in the evening he said ), No Problems !! We arrived at Moncton on time, gathered our luggage and proceeded to the thrifty kiosk where there was nobody there except a sign that said call this number for immediate assistance . We called that number at least 15 times over the next hour and a half with no response. Speaking with one of the security personnel there we find out that this happens a lot at Thrifty. By this time the Avis line was getting short so we joined in it , They quick to get us in a car and get us on our way . Thank you Avis !! I Would definitely NOT recommend thrifty !! Darrell J
