Car collection counter is right within the terminal and car collection is right outside the terminal. That made both collection and drop off very convenient.

Pick-up took longer than expected but overall we were very pleased.

Staff - very slow - one person and a queue

I booked an 8 seater van and was given a Peugeot 5008 instead. Had booked the vehicle via a 3rd party some 3 months before hand. The reason given for the change of vehicle was that they were busy. I did question that when the booking was taken they had the vehicle I wanted so why not now? No real reason was given other than they were busy. To give the staff their due, they did offer me 2 vehicles for the same price if the 5008 was not big enough. I must also say that the staff were pleasant ands tried their best around the situation they had to deal with which was in all likelyhood out of their control. Other than the wrong vehicle and the delay the replacement vehicle caused the vehicle was good and drop off very easy.

Alamo was great. No high pressure sales pitch. We were able to quickly pick-up and drop-off the car.
