Bus took over an hour to pick up at the shuttle area. There were too many people waiting by the time the bus showed up and had to wait on another bus even though we were the third group waiting originally luckily the next bus came within 15 minutes. Then had to wait almost 2 hours in line at the pick up location just to get the pick up process started. Not a single employee moved with any sense of urgency. Will be giving my business to anybody else except budget or Avis since they are part of the same group.

Car smelled like cigarette ash and had numerous stains. Would have asked for a different car but I had to leave immediately. Will not rent Budget/Avis again

I was "bait & switched". I got what I thought was a great deal on renting a Tesla only to find out I was forced to take a cab ($42) to a satellite Hertz location. I was then told I could not drop the car back off at the airport and would have to spend another $42 to take another cab back to the airport. Extremely deceptive advertising that Kayak should have explained. I will unlikely utilize Kayak for my next rental needs.

I rented a car online does next day travel, the local agency called me the next morning and said they had no cars available. Apparent the online booking will still let you rent cars even if none are available. So I’m not unhappy with the local agency, more so with the online system that gives false information making you think you have a vehicle when you don’t. Very frustrating.
