I reserved a car 4 weeks out and when I arrived to pick up my car, they were out of cars and had no estimated time for me to get the car I reserved. They called me back hours later to tell me, at the end of a day when I had plans that I had to cancel, that they had found me a minivan, I reserved a full size sedan, that they could rent me, at the minivan rate. Absolute poor planning by their corporate folks, who think reservations are merely suggestions, it seems.
