I reserved a vehicle, had all my info including reservation & confirmation numbers for me to get there and them tell me nothing is available.
Didn't get my car tried to get refunded
Could have told me there wasn’t any cars available on the day I needed it
The staff was rude and unhelpful! Definitely do not recommend.
They should have some car available since my reservation was confirmed and I got there at the time of pickup.

Price wasn't what was quoted to me. I also was charged a whole extra day for having the car an additional 12 hours. It was fine I was charged an extra day but it was 2 times the price of the other 4 days. Other than that, I was satisfied with Hertz.

The vehicle was the appropriate requested size & handled the road well.
The vehicle wasnt washed or cleaned out before I picked it up. The radio in my vehicle did not work well. I think the antenna may have been broken & I feel the staff should have informed me of this fact when I picked the vehicle up or offered me anpther comparable vehicle. Upon drop off, myself & 3 other customers found the business door locked during lunchtime with no notice as to why & how long the employees would be gone. Although this is a smaller Enterprise locatipn, there should always be at least one employee on site during all posted normal business hours. There was no key drop box for overnight vehicle returns after hours.
I didn't get to rent a truck because they don't accept debit cards without a bill. That is info that should be made known up front. I drive an hour to pick up my rental and when I get there sorry we can't accept a bed it card with out a past utility bill. So I'm not pleased at all with my experience and I will let people know my experience.
