I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

I’m arrange at Zone 2 seat.Staff ask to queue up from zone 1 to zone 3 but just allow zone 1 and 3 go in first.Then what is the point to ask zone 2 to queue up at the first and wait for zone 1 ?

The crew was nice and helpful. Sits are a little bit too small for high people (there is no place for knees and you have to sit in a uncomfortable position).
