Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is full of things to see and do for travellers of all ages and interests. From shopping and nightlife, to golf, hiking, camping and culture, there’s no way you’ll be bored in this active, friendly Canadian city.

Spend some time learning about the Northern Plains Indian culture by exploring Wanuskewin Heritage Park where you can delve into the history of the Saskatchewan. You can also set up camp in one of the many provincial parks near Saskatoon, or go for a day hike in the Beaver Creek Conservation Area or along the scenic pathways of the Meewasin Valley Trail.

Families with kids in tow will find no shortage of things to do. Check out the Children’s Discovery Museum, visit one of the many playgrounds and spray parks (a great way for kids to cool off in the summer) or take a trip to a family entertainment centre like Fun Factory or Wilson Entertainment Park.

There is a wide variety of places to stay in Saskatoon from larger hotels to smaller boutique properties and guesthouses, and if you bring your appetite with you when you visit you won’t be disappointed. Saskatoon is home to more restaurants per capita than any other city in Canada.
