Find SUV rentals in Providenciales

They gave me a complete beater that was falling apart. They need another shuttle too or something, almost missed our flight thanks to waiting 30+ minutes for the shuttle

Car was a bit run down, and more flexibility with the rental

I would definitely rent again from Payless. However, there were a few things that would've made our experience better. 1. Pick up from the airport took about 10 minutes even thought they are about 1 minute down the road. 2. The car wasn't ready. They needed to clean and gas it up and only started doing so after we arrived. We needed to wait an additional 30 min or so. 3. The printer was broken so we didn't receive our paperwork until hours later. The silver lining is that they're paper free as a result, but some may want to be able to review the contract for questions onsite, before leaving. 4. The car wasn't perfect. Lots of dings, bad windshield wipers, etc., but it got us from point A to B without any trouble. This is probably to be expected from any rental on an island which doesn't actively import new cars.

I give 4 out of 5 stars only because the car we were given was in Japanese (2022 Toyota Camry). Literally could not use the radio for 7 straight days LOL. Otherwise, exceptional customer service. They were on time picking us up and dropping us off to the Providenciales airport. Just a short bus ride away (5 minutes).
