The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly when I went in to pick my rental up ..I was told on the phone by customer service that it wouldn’t be a problem that I didn’t have a credit card to put down for the deposit on the rental . I would just need to pay a little bit extra money because I didn’t have one so I would just have to pay it an extra deposit through my debit Visa card, and when I went to go pick it up, she said “no that’s not happening” and then turned her back and walked away on me. Needless to say I did not pick up the rental because I did not have a credit card for the deposit.
