Web check-in is available from 24 hours until four hours before departure. Check-in desks at the airport close one hour before departure, though passengers are advised to check in three hours before the flight is scheduled to depart.
Hand luggage: One piece is permitted with a maximum weight of 10kg and maximum dimensions of 114 linear cm (height + width + depth).
Checked baggage: Two pieces are permitted, each weighing no more than 23kg and with maximum dimensions of 157 linear cm.
Excess: Flyers are allowed up to three additional pieces of checked baggage with maximum weight of 32kg and maximum dimensions of 157cm. The extra baggage is accepted on a standby basis only. Passengers are charged $75 if free allowance bags are overweight, and charged $100 for extra bags and $225 if extra bags are overweight.

Musical instruments can be carried as part of your overall free luggage allowance if they weigh less than 23kg and measure less than 157cm. Oversized musical instruments are viewed as excess baggage and carried on a standby basis only.
Caribbean and international cuisine is offered. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks are served in Economy Class. Special meal requests should be made no later than 48 hours prior to departure, for a vegetarian or diabetic menu. Movies are shown on long-haul flights.

Caribbean Airlines is the national airline of Trinidad and Tobago and is also the flag carrier of Jamaica through its subsidiary, Air Jamaica. It operates international services to the Caribbean from a number of destinations including Toronto. The airline is wholly owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and began operations on January 1, 2007, to replace its predecessor BWIA West Indies Airways.
