Date and flight changes are not allowed after you’ve booked your trip and all tickets are fully non-refundable.

Guide dogs are permitted on board with at least seven days' notice. Caribbean Airlines transports, as cargo, dogs, cats, monkeys, exotic birds, baby chicks, horses, live tropical fish and reptiles. Flyers should check with their local Caribbean Airlines Cargo representative for shipping live animals from Canada.

Musical instruments can be carried as part of your overall free luggage allowance if they weigh less than 23kg and measure less than 157cm. Oversized musical instruments are viewed as excess baggage and carried on a standby basis only.

Caribbean and international cuisine is offered. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks are served in Economy Class. Special meal requests should be made no later than 48 hours prior to departure, for a vegetarian or diabetic menu. Movies are shown on long-haul flights.

The airline's frequent flyer program is called Caribbean Miles.

Caribbean Airlines is the national airline of Trinidad and Tobago and is also the flag carrier of Jamaica through its subsidiary, Air Jamaica. It operates international services to the Caribbean from a number of destinations including Toronto. The airline is wholly owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and began operations on January 1, 2007, to replace its predecessor BWIA West Indies Airways. There are 11 weekly flights from Toronto to Port of Spain.
