The seat controls (12H) didn’t work properly, so I was unable to recline and use the footrest effectively. I tried to empty seat next to mine, but the entertainment system did not work. Everything about the vegetarian option except the main pasta component was fine, but the pasta itself was gluey, gray, and under-sauced. The cabin crew were terrific.
