Pros: It was fast which is the reason for these flights.Cons: We booked LIGHT however at the desk they maintained we had booked ZERO. I personally despise this category as it is against all norms of travel. It serves as a vehicle with which to extort more money from the travelling public. I believe the term service should be dropped from the vernacular of low cost airlines and the word gouging should replace it. VOLARIS was a good carrier with excellent service however since the demise of Interjet, the rise of Vivaaerobus and COVID I think the management feel it is time to fill their pockets.
