Service was quick and competent and my rental was upgraded.

We are a family of 6 and the Kia has heaps of room for all plus 5 big suitcases in the boot . The staff are very helpful as well.

Only one person at desk to check in customers, previous customer took forever to get checked in and even though I had provided all driver info online I still took 15-20 mins to check in. The car - a hybrid - was very easy to find and drive out of the airport environment. The hybrid was very fuel efficient and should be used as much as possible for rentals now.

The car was crappy and the service was worse. Called Canberra airport drop off and got some customer service who couldn’t give me the actual number to the drop off. Left something in the car and the car had problems and no one called us back. Terrible service and the car was a piece of junk. Unsafe. Won’t use Avis in the future

Ordered Subaru Forster twice And got a toyota instead - twice! Why?

You charged for a car I never hired

Pick up at the airport and drop off were all very quick and efficient. staff were great and fast. Expect an upsell for the insurance. Car was great (we got an I30). Should ensure you know where the petrol stations are before dropping car back as the closest ones are a couple of kilometers away! It wasn't until we got our confirmation email that we understood that picking up the car was going to be 6km away and that we would have to catch a free shuttle bus from the airport. This would have been good to know upfront at the time of booking. Whilst it wasn't inconvenient it was a surprise. It is better business practice to disclose the company you are hiring from too, Overall we had no issues with our transaction.

From the very beginning to end. our experience was perfect. The ladies at Apex Brisbane were very hospitable and professional. Picking us up from the airport in a very clean and tidy van, paper work was quick and easy. We felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to family and friends as well. The car I hired was so economical, I should t have paid for the tank upfront. Otherwise excellent car to drive.

Everything was superb

I arranged for a hire car for one of our members but when he went to pick it up they said I had to be there he was in Brisbane and I was in Perth so that could not happen, I am now trying to get my money back.

After drop off they sent me an email saying their was damage to the vehicle and that they were going to make a claim however when questioned they then changed their mind due to the information on file.

Return the tank full and they try to pretend that it isn’t. Have to deal with customer service who also wastes your time.
