Online check-in is available between 24 hours and 90 minutes before the flight is scheduled to take off. At airports, check-in times vary. For international flights customers should be checked-in at least 60 minutes prior to departure and must be in the gate area at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Express Curbside Check-In is available at some airports. JetBlue Remote Check-In is available (at hotels, convention centers, on-airport and off-airport parking areas, rental car areas, and onboard cruise ships) in some cities such as Boston, Fort Lauderdale, San Francisco and Orlando.

Passengers can bring their pet cat or dog in the cabin with them. Along with the $100 fee each way, a pet counts as the one personal carry-on item.
