With summer almost here, it’s hard to think of anything else besides relaxing outside in the sun and taking a dip in a pool. So, we went on a mission to discover 10 must-see pools around the world where you can really have some fun.

No doubt you’ll be able to cool off in these cool pools.

San Alfonso Del Mar, Algarrobo, Chile

This amazing pool is the largest in the world, holding more than 55 million gallons of water, and covers close to eight hectares. At its deepest point, 35 metres, you will forget you are even in a pool. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, sailing, paddle boating and more at this large oasis.

Golden Nugget, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

A shark filled aquarium inside a pool? Only in Vegas! Swim with 200 different species including sting rays and sharks at The Tank in Las Vegas, then, if you’re feeling brave, slide down the shark chute and get up close and personal with these remarkable animals.

Grand Wailea, Maui, Hawaii, United States

Grand Wailea is home to the canyon activity pool which features nine pools on six different levels with rivers connecting them, but that’s not all. Swim through whitewater rapids, waterfalls and slide down their many water slides before swinging into the Tarzan Pool. Oh, and did we mention the Grand Wailea is the only place with a water elevator? Once your day of fun is over, relax and enjoy a drink at the swim up bar.

The pool at Joule Hotel expands 2.5 metres from the hotel’s exterior giving guests a unique experience of feeling as if you are swimming over the edge. Enjoy the view from in the pool, thanks to its plexiglass window that allows guests to have an uninterrupted view of the city.

Badeschiff, Berlin, Germany

Enjoy a swim in the Spree River…in a shipping container! Badeschiff was designed so people could still enjoy the Spree River even though it’s too polluted to swim in. After your swim, lay out on the sand, grab a drink at the open air bar and enjoy the views of the city.

Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
