Check staff were pleasant. Wife had surgery 2 days prior for a broken wrist. Had to get approved to fly. We past up on a wheel car as it was her wrist and not her legs. The flight was cancelled and another flight 75 minutes later took off. We had to run past 55 gates to catch the next flight. We could hear them paging use and we were the last to board. I am 70 my wife 65 with a broken wrist, if we had a wheel chair for assistance we would have missed our connection for sure. I was out of breath, sweating and coughing when we got on board and could not get a glass of water. From Tokyo to Bangkok we flew with Thai airline they were fantastic . Air Canada could learn lots from them.
