After landing on cheap flights to Frankfurt, travellers will see that all the major car rental companies are represented at Frankfurt Airport. The airport has two railway stations. The long-distance railway station is at the AIRail Terminal, adjacent to Terminal 1. There is a local railway station for S-Bahn, regional and local trains at Terminal 1, Level 1. Both railway stations are linked to Terminal 2 via buses and the Sky Line.
Buses arrive at the stop at Terminal 1 in front of the Arrivals halls and at Terminal 2 on Level 2 in front of the Arrivals and Departures halls.
Taxis are available at both terminals 24/7. A trip to/from the centre of Frankfurt costs about €20 and takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

- Frankfurt is not just a banking city. - You can dance the night away at Frankfurt's many clubs. The city is also a leading centre for jazz. Sound of Frankfurt, a giant, outdoor music festival, is held every July with live bands, DJs, techno, house, rock, rap, and Latin American music.
- Frankfurt's "Left Bank" district - Sachsenhausen - is where you’ll find Apfelwein (apple wine) taverns. The Apfelwein tradition dates back to the 1790s. A tavern with a pine wreath over its door makes its own apple wine.
