Carry-on: One piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 12kg and measuring 55 x 25 x 35 cm (L + W + H). A personal item is also permitted.
Checked: From Canada, the piece concept applies. Economy-Class flyers are allowed to check one piece of luggage, weighing a maximum of 23kg and measuring a maximum of 158cm (L + W + H).
Excess: Excess charges are applied to a second piece of luggage: $75. Each piece of luggage after that will cost $200 each. Overweight bags – between 23kg and 32kg – carry a fee of $75. For a piece of luggage weighing more than 32kg, the fee is $300. If a piece of luggage is oversized – between 158cm and 300cm – the charge is $300.

Child fares are available. Infants younger than two years can travel on an adult's lap for 10 percent of the full cost of the ticket.
No senior fares are available.
Cats and dogs are carried, and can be in the cabin with you if they weigh less than 6kg, travel bag or kennel included. Contact Reservations to arrange transportation of your pet. The fee starts at about $200 each way. You need to make a reservation for your pet at least 48 hours in advance.
Standard baggage allowances apply. A separate seat can be purchased for a large or fragile instrument instead of checking it.
Meals are available on all flights, free of charge. Special dietary requirements will be catered for if requested at least 36 hours before departure. All seats on the Boeing 777, MD11 and Airbus A330 aircraft (and exclusively in World Business Class on board the Boeing 747), have personal screens and interactive entertainment. In-seat e-mail and SMS (text messaging) services are available on Boeing 777 and A330 aircraft. There are also language courses, audio books and audio channels to help pass the time.
