First, lack of employees at the arrival counter! Come on, an International Airport and Sixt has only ONE representative to help customers. It took me over half an hour to be served. Car itself was good, with no issues issues. The main issue is that Sixt is trying to switch the currency that I booked under. I used Kayak Canada, which shows the prices that I'm paying in Canadian dollars. Well, after I booked and confirmed, Sixt is trying to charge me in US dollars!! That's almost a 30 % difference!! When I returned the car, at a different location, to 122 HaYarkon St., Tel Aviv and alerted the Manager Lior ( one of the nastiest and rudest representatives that I've ever met!!) He couldn't have care less!! Blew me off like I was a nobody!! I'll be stopping payment on the car rental till this is scam is sorted out!! All I can say is: RENTER BE WARE!!
