Subaru Rentals in Mississauga

We never got the car. Even though it said my total was 260 when I got to the counter the agent at first said they didn’t have any cars and then said there is a fee of about $200 to drop off in Windsor. My orignal itinerary said pick up yyz and drop off at Windsor airport so I’m not sure why the up charge.

The process of getting our rental took over an hour. The staff was a bit rude when they told us 3 minutes and we waited another 20 and when we asked again they interrupted and said 3 more minutes. They also add on fees here and there so instead of $75 that I was quoted it ended up being $90. I wish everything was just included in the original price. Otherwise the return process wasn't as bad and qwnt fairly quickly. Also I thought a $700 pre authorized hold was pretty steep. Usually I've seen $300 to maybe even max of $500. Anyway other than that the car worked just fine and everything with the car was great.

Clean cars, professional friendly staff, reasonable rates. Some of the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Above all they are honest and have clear policies. Highly recommended.
